фин., банк. двухступенчатая ипотека* (разновидность ипотечного кредита, при которой на первый период кредитования (обычно это первые 5, 7 или 10 лет) устанавливается фиксированный процент, а после истечения этого периода процентная ставка пересматривается в соответствии с текущими рыночными условиями и фиксируется на новом уровне на весь оставшийся срок кредитования; по сути представляет собой ипотечный кредит с регулируемой процентной ставкой, при котором корректировка процента осуществляется только один раз)
